Each year, thousands of cyclists from around the country descend on Central Arkansas for what has become the largest and most publicized cycling tour in Arkansas. The Big Dam Bridge, famous for its name and its reputation for being the longest bicycle bridge in the world, has attracted cyclists from all over to participate in this yearly event.

Cyclists take on the Enchanted Circle Scenic Byway for one of the most challenging tours in the southwest. The tour is a 100-mile ride around the Enchanted Circle that includes a short trip through Angel Fire to Black Lake and back. The tour starts at 8,750 feet, with a low point of 7,000 feet and a high point of 9,820 feet at the top of Bobcat Pass!
Riders can also opt for shorter treks of 25 and 50 miles. Not for the faint of heart, this challenging tour features rest stops and “sag wagons” for weary riders but don’t let that stop you from enjoying one of the most scenic rides in the Southwestern United States!
The famous Copper Triangle has long been considered one of Colorado’s classic alpine road rides. Graced with breathtaking scenery, gorgeous roads and three challenging climbs, the i25Kia.com Copper Triangle exemplifies cycling in the Colorado Rockies.
A spectacular 78-mile loop cresting three Colorado Mountain passes – Fremont Pass (elevation 11,318’), Tennessee Pass (elevation 10,424’) and Vail Pass (elevation 10,666’). The course passes three ski areas and is littered with historic mining outposts and camp Hale, the training ground for the famous 10th Mountain Division. The total elevation gain for the course is 5,981 ft. A great day on two wheels.
