- Daily Workouts, set week by week with an intentional progression to increase both Fitness and STRENGTH on the bike. - Week by Week Load and Recovery set to maximize your progress but not burn you out. - Monday through Friday Workouts of 75 minutes or less, but hyper focused on cycling abilities and performance areas that will have you out of winter ready to FAR and FAST. - Access to a COACH for feedback, help in setting up workouts, dealing with missed schedule, and any training questions you need during the training plan. —— This is a specific training plan to help you Move Forward in your fitness through the winter. Using shorter Trainer/Interval based workouts we will get you stronger, and faster on the bike! Come April 2021 you will be ready for any challenge on the bike. This training plan starts November 23rd, and goes through April 4th 2021. It is calendar based, and on a platform that allows you to easily use your Wahoo, Cycleops Smart Trainers to stay fit, and get STRONGER through the Winter time. ** Weekend rides are intended to be done outside, using Oklahoma's Good Winter Weather. There is testing every 4 weeks to make sure the workouts are done at the proper intensity, and so you can track your progress. These are power based workouts, if you need a heart rate version just let us know. ------ This workout uses TrainingPeaks.com. Making an account is free but necessary to use the Training Plan. Instructions will be sent once you purchase the Winter Training Plan.
